What Happens In the Automate to Elevate Session?
1. Booking
Choose a time that works for you and lock it in.
2. Pre-session intake
Before we meet, you'll share what's going on in your business — your current tools, workflows, where things feel heavy, and what you've already tried. This gets reviewed before the call, so we're not spending live time extracting basics. We show up prepared.
3. The 2.5-hour working session
We use the time deliberately, in three phases:
Map. We look at your operations together and identify where manual effort is being over-used, where systems are overcomplicated or under-defined, and what actually needs structure now (versus what can wait).
Prioritise. We rank what would give you the biggest relief for the least friction: the lowest-hanging fruit that moves the needle fastest.
Build. We implement the first quick win live, together. You don't leave with homework: you leave with something already working.
4. Roadmap and recording
You walk away with a clear roadmap for what comes next and a full recording of the session to reference whenever you need it.

After the Session

If you want more support beyond that, there are two optional paths:
AI PT Sessions — focused working sessions to build out the next piece of your system, one at a time, at your pace.
1:1 Mentoring — ongoing support if you want someone in your corner as you continue to refine and automate across the business.
Both are optional and only make sense if and when they genuinely fit. The Automate to Elevate session stands on its own.
